 I like to keep my initial consultations as informal as possible. Consultations can take place over the phone or via video. We'll have a general chat about your wedding plans so far and I'll let tell you about the different services I can offer. You'll be relieved to know that I'm a terrible sales person, so don't expect a pushy sales pitch! I will simply take this opportunity to get to know you, and see if I can be of assistance in some way.

What should I expect from our free discovery call? 

That's wonderful! I'll send you a bespoke quotation based on your requirements following our initial consultation together. To secure your date in my diary, I'll ask you for a deposit. Once payment has been received, I'll guide you through the next steps depending on which service you've instructed me for.

We want to proceed - what happens next?

To secure your date in my diary, I'll ask you for a deposit on instruction and the remaining  balance will be due 6 weeks before the big day (if you've opted for my 'Big Day' or 'Set up my Day' service.)  If you've opted for my 'Style my Day' service, the remaining  balance is due once I have delivered you your design proposal.

My fees are exclusive of vendor hire fees.

I can offer payment plans upon request so please ask!


When is payment due?

Suppliers are recommended where they suit the styling brief of the client and are recommended on that basis only.

Many suppliers whom I work with on a  regular basis will offer my clients discounts. Any discounts are always passed onto you!

Do you take commission from suppliers?
